HypnoBirthing Doula Support - £300

Following the course, on call from weeks 38 to 42 and accompany you to your birth to support the HypnoBirthing techniques we have practised together to enhance the techniques for your birth.

Breast feeding or settling in doula visit at home - £25

Birth support / Doula package - £450

Two visits before the birth to prepare, teaching breathing techniques, writing birth plan, getting to know each other and your needs and wishes for your birth. Available throughout via phone or email, on-call for you 24hrs a day from weeks 38-42 of your pregnancy.

I then join you and remain with you throughout the birth regardless of length until you are happily settled and feeding your baby.

Postnatally I visit again to check that you're happily settled into your new role at home.
